Cycle Styles

This weekend was not the easiest for me, longing to race the London Marathon,
but too injured to make it through the course properly, I went to watch the professionals instead and got really excited, inspired and motivated for next year ...

Cannot promise to ever run 42 k at that pace though ...

As the weather was so great during the whole weekend -

I decided that it is finally time to get my bike from Oxford over to London

and even though the A40 is definitively not
my favourite place on earth
to ride my bike on
(especially within the M25 area closer to London it gets quite nasty)

                           I had a good time

and enjoying my newly gained freedom within London
on my beloved wheels
is just very great!

It takes me to places I was always interested in

but did not take the effort to
run,
walk,
tube,
bus- or
trainride to

... even though they are
definitively worth
it:

                               disturbing,

                                revealing,

                        inspiring!
Finally, I found a great illustration of one of the many benefits of bikes compared to cars:
1 car space = (at least) 10 bicycles ...

Thus, keep calm and keep on cycling!

London Scenes

... always dynamic as the sky that covers them, ...

... the artists that paint and ...

... the spectators that walk them ...

... full of colours ...

... flowers ...

... characters ...

... infinite music ...

... day or night ...

... rain or shine.

- Lifelong work not to get lost, I guess.
